MY STORY
It began with my own search for healing.
WHERE MY WORK DRAWS FROM
Old wisdom, modern tools.
My training spans anatomy and physiology, nutrition, herbalism, homeopathy, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Lifestyle medicine ties them together.
I’ve long been fascinated by physics and by early frequency pioneers such as Royal Raymond Rife and Nikola Tesla, whose ideas shaped the screening tools I use today.
How I got here.
Like many people drawn to this field, I didn’t start out wanting to be a practitioner. I started out wanting to feel well again. First came an autoimmune condition that shifted my body’s entire sense of balance. Then, three years later, a cancer diagnosis at 22.
Everything changed with my first frequency scan. For the first time, I didn’t have to guess: my body did all the talking. And my first pinprick showed me that we carry an entire universe inside us, one that is trying its utmost to work with us, not against us.
Along the way I discovered a simple truth: the body is always communicating. We aren’t meant to wait until pain becomes our only guide. By then, things have often drifted far off track.
That is why I do this work: to help you hear your body early, clearly, and without the guessing game.
WHAT I BELIEVE
Three ideas behind everything I do.
01.
02.
03.
Your body knows how to heal.
Symptoms are communication.
Look before you guess.
It is a system fully capable of restoring itself when it’s given the right support.
Not enemies to silence, but the body’s last language, asking for restoration rather than force.
Screening first, then precise support: herbs, bioidentical compositions, tissue salts and lifestyle change.
LOOKING AHEAD
Bridging holistic care and modern medicine.
My goal is to complete a PhD in Lifestyle Medicine by 2028. I believe the future of health lies in these two worlds working together, not apart, and I want to help build that bridge.
BEYOND THE PRACTICE
A little more about me.
Beyond the practice, I live a life of balance. Meditation is my way of coming back home to myself, and I fill my cup with time in nature, with my loved ones, and travelling the world, which teaches me something new every time.
You’ll also always find me on the dancefloor. There’s a different kind of connection there, with myself and with others. It’s incredible what can unfold without words, everyone letting go and ironing out their kinks together.
I believe in living with the arrow of intention. As long as you do that from the goodness of your heart, you will have lived a worthwhile life. So I keep challenging whatever stands in the way of connection: to nature, to others, and to ourselves.
